Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of tools.intertoons.com (the "Service"), operated by Intertoons Internet Services, Kochi, Kerala, India ("Intertoons", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide a set of free online utilities for developers, network administrators and marketers — DNS and WHOIS lookups, SSL and header checks, SEO helpers, formatters, generators, file and text hosting, and real-time tools such as chat, video calling and a webhook tester.

The Service is provided free of charge and at our discretion. We may add, change, restrict or withdraw any tool at any time, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into these terms. Most tools need no account. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at info@intertoons.com if you believe it has been compromised.

We may suspend or delete any account, and remove any content, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scan, probe, ping, trace, port-scan or otherwise test any host, network, domain or IP address that you do not own or have documented authorisation to test. The network tools exist for diagnosing your own infrastructure.
• Conduct, prepare for or support any attack — denial of service, brute forcing, credential stuffing, exploitation or unauthorised access — against any system.
• Upload, host, share or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious (malware, phishing kits, exploit payloads), sexually exploitative, harassing, hateful or that discloses someone else's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Impersonate any person or organisation, including Intertoons.
• Harvest email addresses, personal data or third-party records at scale, or use lookup results for spam, unsolicited marketing or stalking.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with rate limits, authentication, quotas or any other protective measure — including by rotating IP addresses, proxies or accounts.
• Automate, scrape, resell, sublicense, white-label or embed the Service or its APIs in your own product or paid offering without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, keys or credentials from the Service.
• Overload or degrade the Service, or place a load on it that is disproportionate to normal interactive use. See our Fair Usage Policy.
• Break any applicable law, including India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

4. Content you submit or host

You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, transmit and display that content so the Service can function.

You are solely responsible for what you upload and for having the rights to it. Files, text and snippets you host are reachable by anyone who has the link — the links are unguessable but not access-controlled. Do not host confidential, regulated or personal data. Uploads are deleted automatically after 7 days and each is capped at 10 MB.

We may remove content and disable links at any time, without notice, if we believe they breach these terms or the law. We are not a backup service: keep your own copies.

5. Real-time tools

Anonymous Chat, Video Call and Visitor Call connect you with other people. Conversations are unmoderated and we do not record or review their content. Use them at your own risk, share room links only with people you intend to talk to, and don't disclose sensitive information. You must not use them to harass, threaten, defraud or expose anyone, or to transmit unlawful material.

Endpoints created by the Webhook Tester can receive data from anyone who has the URL. Do not point production systems carrying real customer data at them.

6. Accuracy of results — no reliance

Results are produced from live third-party sources: DNS resolvers, registry WHOIS servers, blocklist operators, certificate endpoints, ASN databases and Google's PageSpeed API. Those sources can be stale, rate-limited, regionally inconsistent or simply wrong, and network conditions between our edge and a target host are not the same as conditions from your own machine.

Results are informational only. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a security, compliance, purchasing, legal or operational decision. A domain shown as available may not be registrable; a clean blocklist result is not proof of deliverability; a passing SSL check is not a security audit.

AI-assisted tools (such as the SEO meta generator, domain suggestions and AI visibility scoring) produce machine-generated suggestions that may be inaccurate or unoriginal. Review their output before you publish it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — its code, design, layout, copy, logos and the Intertoons name — belongs to Intertoons and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing here transfers any of it to you. Snippets the Service generates for you (popup code, embed forms, cron expressions, QR codes, palettes) are yours to use freely, including commercially.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including Cloudflare, Google, Resend and Telegram, and links to external sites. We don't control them and are not responsible for their availability, content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Availability

The Service is offered on an "as available" basis with no uptime commitment, no service level agreement and no support obligation. We may perform maintenance, impose limits or take the Service offline at any time.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intertoons and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of — or inability to use — the Service, however caused and on any theory of liability.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Intertoons harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of any law — including any claim brought by a third party whose systems you scanned or tested through the Service.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 4, 7 and 10 to 15 survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; the "last updated" date above will change and material revisions will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a revision means you accept it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that venue.
